2. Application Range: Mostly used in the body slurry of porcelain, rustic tiles and glazed tiles. Also used in the body slurry of sanitary wares and mosaic, but the dosage is less.

3. Characteristic: Powder or solid granules, general components are inorganic-organic compounds

4. Function Principle:

They can absorb the exterior layer polyanions of mineral particles, make the particles take negative electron and have deflocculating effect, make body particles expel each other, not easy to agglomerate. They can greatly promote the fluidity and stability of the slurry.

If you want to confect high-density slurry or glaze, namely, less water content slurry or glaze, deflocculants must be added into them so as to remain good fluidity and dispersedness.

5. Performance:

(1) J-series super deflocculant can reduce the water content and improve the fluidity of slurry, which can save the energy consumption in the process of milling and drying. Meanwhile, J-series can improve the powder colligate capability and improve the strength of raw body to some extent.
